2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and use 1988 club services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

The KYC process may require you to submit a copy of your ID, utility bill, or other documents to verify your identity and address. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension or termination.

3. User Account

Upon successful registration, you will be assigned a unique user account. This account is strictly personal and may not be transferred, sold, shared or assigned to any other party under any circumstances.

You are solely responsible for:

• Keeping your account username and password confidential.
• Ensuring that no other party accesses your account without your authorisation.
• Notifying the 1988 club support team immediately if you suspect that your account has been compromised or accessed without authorisation.
• Updating your personal information if any changes occur — particularly the email address and phone number used for two-factor authentication.

1988 Club shall not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account, particularly where the security breach arises from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

1988 Club supports a wide range of local Malaysian payment methods, including DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and all major banks such as Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and Hong Leong Bank.

Deposit Terms:

• Depositing using a third party's account or card is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

Termination by Member: You may request account closure at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the applicable terms.

Termination by 1988 club: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account without prior notice if:

• You have violated any of the terms in this document.
• Your account activity shows signs of fraud or money laundering.
• You are found to have registered multiple accounts.
• You provided false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Directed by the relevant regulatory authority.

In the event of termination due to a breach of terms, 1988 Club reserves the right to forfeit all bonus balances and winnings associated with the violating activity.

These Terms and Conditions are interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where 1988 club is registered and licensed. Any dispute arising from or relating to the use of this platform shall be resolved through the following process:
